I add Greens to my shakes in the morning and I feel they really make a difference. Occasionally when I feel a bit run down I think back to the last few days and usually I have gone without. I make sure I top up the next morning and the difference is really apparent!

I have tried quite a few brands over the years. Everything from cheap brands found at the chemist, to the ones at health food stores etc. Isagenix trumps them all though, especially the seasonal flavours they bring out every now and then like mocha and passionfruit. I make sure I stock up on those!
